Cheryl is the newest member of Rock-It. Cheryl plays saxophone and flute and replaces Steve Fergerson after his passing in January of 2025. While replacing Steve is a hard task, Cheryl has stepped up to the plate to help Rock-It carry on. Cheryl is married to Steve Marchand, the drummer for MJ and the Redeemers and she has also been a music teacher for various schools in Baton Rouge.

Tina Mancuso
Tina Mancuso was born and raised in the Central area. She began singing while in elementary school. Over the years, Tina has worked with many local bands, both as a musician as well as a booking agent. Most recently, before proudly joining Rock-It, she served as lead singer for more than 20 years for the Carbon Copy Band, which was voted by the public as Baton Rouge’s top wedding/party band several years before the band’s retirement.
In her professional life, Tina was a radio and television personality. She most notably was the television spokesperson for University Ford.
Tina is also a prolific and skilled costume designer. All of the costumes displayed in the gallery of photos below were handmade by Tina herself.
Tina and her husband, David, are owners / operators of Gateway Roofing.

Bill Bozeman
Bill Bozeman is a classically trained pianist and one of the best harmony singers in the business. Bill has been performing for live audiences since he was a child and has performed with numerous bands throughout his career. A founding member of Rock-It Sound Company, he played until his retirement from the band in 2020.
Bill is married with 3 children and is a long time employee of Dow Chemical Corporation.

Mike Patton
Mike Patton returns as Rock-It’s lead guitar player. Originally from Michigan, Mike Patton has been a Louisiana resident for over 35 years. Classically trained, he has spent most of his life playing in church and with several local bands. This will be Mike’s second stint with the band and he is excited to re-join Rock-It Sound Company’s as their new lead guitar player.
Mike is a certified financial planner and enjoys spending time with his wife, Kitty and his children.
Mike Mancil
Mike Mancil, a veteran of the US Navy, is an experienced guitar player, having played in various bands since the 1990’s. Mike has been in bands such as Dixie Blues, The Hard Drivin’ Lincolns, Knot II Worry, Bayou Honey and Big Mike And The Smokebox Revival.
In addition to his musical abilities, Mike is also the founder/ CEO of Patriot Guitars and the founder/administrator of the very popular Face Book Forum “The World’s Okayest Guitar Player”.
Mike is married and has 3 adult children.
